[Mobile apk 1.2.2 dev build] The previously added ay other classifications for the consultation are still displaying in the new consultations

Steps:

1. In the Dev apk, After a patient creation and start a consultation
2. Perform the complete check-up till the treatment and make sure to add any other classifications
3. Again do a new consultation and resolve the displaying of previously selected any other classifications.

Expected result: Any other classifications will not be pre selected.
