[Mobile apk 1.2.2 dev build] Able to login and acess even after the app usage is disabled

Steps:

1. In the Dev environment, Click on the Devices UI in the advanced settings menu
2. Disable the app usage for the particular user and reslove with trying to login again

Expected result: User will be not allowed to login as per the device usage is disabled.
