[Mobile apk 1.2.2 dev build] Unable to add new patient in the latest build

Steps:

1. In the Dev environment mobile application, Click on the add patient
2. Resolve the click on the add patient is shutting the application

Expected result: Application will not close and user will be able to add patient.
