Mobile app icons - need to distinguish dev, staging + prod

@khyativ - we can add words "DEV" and "Staging" in the app icon just below the emcare logo. Mail Manoj Sir, copy me, he will provide the new icons and the same can be set in dev and staging drops. Nothing to do for production.
